Boarische Bierkase

This is an original 3 week aged Bock Beer brine washed traditional Kloster kase (monestary cheese). This cheese is served with pretzels, rye bread, and mustard at Oktoberfest celebrations in times past and even today. The history of this cheese goes back about 300 years. 

All our cheese is sold by the pound not by volume like commercial cheese. True hand crafted cheeses will vary by weight. You will be notified before delivery of actual weight and price adjustment.
